But today I'm going to talk about a case happened this Monday (13/02/2017 )
The Prosecutor's Office in Madrid seeks 38 years in prison for Raúl Álvarez, the confessed murderer of his former partner Adolfina Puello and her daughter, whose bodies appeared in November 2014 in a well by a river in a small municipality in Zamora.
The accused, 32, will be tried today by a People's Jury of the Provincial Court of Madrid. He is accused of a crime of ill-treatment, one of murder, another of murder, the last with aggravating kinship. In addition, compensation is requested to the parents of the deceased of 100.00 euros and another for the grandparents of the girl of 35,000 euros to each of them.
Police found the bodies of their victims in a well in the small municipality of San Vicente de la Cabeza (Zamora). Apparently, the accused would have suffocated them and moved their bodies to the area where the corpses were found.
